Clickview: Managing workspace size limits / Adding a video to the school Clickview Library

  • You can put a video in the Clickview library where it will stay forever, then delete the video from your workspace. It requires a few additional steps
  • On a video in your workspace, click ‘Options’ then ‘Add to your Library’
  • Select ‘ClickView Digital Video Library’. Browse to where you want the video to be and click ‘Add’
  • A request then gets sent to IT staff at this school. IT staff then approve the request.
  • To check if your video is now in the Library, click ‘Libraries’ at the top, then Marryatville High School, then ‘Clickview Digital Video Library’
  • Browse to where you put the video in the Library. If the video is there, return to your workspace and delete the video from your workspace.
  • You can then go back to the video in the Clickview library, click ‘Share’, then share the link as before.
